Move profile comment box to top of profile comments
Given the flow of comments, it just makes sense for the comment box to be at the top of the comments rather than down below, just because it gets a bit much when you have a lot of comments to scroll through.

It would be handy above the comments, it's a little bit of a chore scrolling down, and yes, a PM from the profile would be nice.
