That's the one part I haven't looked too much into, just saw that it looked like a really good solution. Might be out of our range, then.

This is now working but maybe not quite in a way I am happy with so I am not going to say this is complete yet.

Uploading an attachment and inserting it in to a post does not work

This is fixed in the latest version.

It would be good to make a user have to select any thread type from the available list and not be able to submit with "none".

I think it would be useful to be able to force a thread type per node.

Forcing "Suggestion" upon a node would essentially make that a suggestion node.

I'd like to introduce (optional) passwordless authentication flow.

• Enter email

• Send a link to email

• Logged in

Additionally, I would love to implement 2FA and passkeys.

• Authy

• Google Authenticator

• External device (iphone passkey?)

Bug type threads do not need "vote" controls

Similar to the bug reports, an easy way to mark suggestions as implemented.

Flow:

• Mark as implemented

• JS field appears asking for implemented version number

• JS field for custom comment

• Message posted

• Thread marked as implemented

As per previous suggestion for thread types, this can be stored in "extras"

All data should however be available to search.

Ability to mark a bug report as "resolved", which should append a message.

Flow:

• Mark as resolved

• JS field appears asking for fixed version number

• Message posted

• Thread marked as resolved

Submitting a thread does not append the thread types, etc until refresh

System to block / ignore a user. All content should be hidden. Post content, profile posts, not in search results, etc.

• Option to make it permanent which would remove the ability to unblock the user.

• If not permanent, the user content should be hidden behind a warning with a JS toggle to view.

• Staff should be able to force an "ignore" on users. Permission gated.
